A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings with balance to be paid on arrival.

Bookings will only be held for seven (7) days without a confirming deposit.

All accommodation is fully self contained.

  Cottages are available from 4.00 pm on day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure.

Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings:

An administrative charge of 10% of deposit for bookings cancelled up to 60 days prior.

 21-60 days prior to booking-50% of deposit.

 Up to 21 days prior to booking-100% of deposit.

 Less than 7 days notice-100% of total price.

Guests will leave cottages clean and tidy or agree to an extra service fee.

 Guests will be responsible for the cost of any damage incurred during their stay.

The management are not obliged to offer any refund  in the event of

 any power outage that may occur due to circumstances beyond it's control.

Payment can be made by direct deposit to Glenaire Cottages BSB: 033-600 A/C: 280107.

Cheque or Money Order allowing seven days for clearance

Or by VISA, MASTERCARD or BANKCARD.

A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
